I used to play a lot in tournaments ...years ago, and was rated about 2000 at that time. I never stopped playing however, and believe I've actually gotten better. I'm a pretty fast player, rarely take any great length of time to move, and will often respond quickly if I'm at my PC when you make your move. In complicated positions, I analyze thoroughy, but often trust my initial instinct when choosing the move...
